  • 12 oz Rotini pasta
  • ½ lb Velveeta chees, cubed
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ cup milk
  • ½ red bell pepper, diced
  • ½ green bell pepper, diced
  • ½ cup bread crumbs

Prepare the pasta using the instructions on the package, drain and set aside. In a large pan, on medium heat, melt butter and add flour, mixing continuously. Mix until thickened. Add milk, salt, paprika and cheese cubes, stirring constantly until smooth. Pour the pasta and bell peppers into the sauce and stir together. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Pour into a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs. Bake for 5-7 minutes.
