These crab cake biscuits can be fried or baked, but however you make them, they will be buttery and delicious! Based off of the mix for Cheddar biscuits, these crab cakes are absolute garlicky perfection!

Ingredients

  • 1 box Red Lobster Biscuit mix
  • 1/2 C. Pepper Jack Cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cans crab meat

Directions

Follow the directions on the box, substituting Pepper Jack cheese for the Cheddar and adding 1/2 tsp. of salt. Combine all the ingredients together and mix. Scoop 1/3 C. of batter for each cake and place in a 1/4 inch of oil in a large skillet. Cook over medium low heat for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side. When they are golden brown, remove to a paper towel and brush with the butter topping from the box.
