Pepper Jelly Cheesecake

Though it sounds spicy, the pepper jelly really just adds a great and unexpected flavor to this fun cake.

Ingredients

1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 egg
2 tsp. minced garlic
5 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
8 oz. pepper jelly

Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a food processor, Add 4 oz. of pepper jelly. Pour into an oiled spring form pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes along with a pan of water to keep cake moist. Cool completely. Top with remaining jelly.
