  • 2 lbs. baby potatoes, washed
  • 3 T. olive oil
  • 1 packet (1 oz.) ranch dressing mix
  • 1½ tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp. coarse salt
  • 1 tsp. dried rosemary

Preheat oven to 425°F. Wash potatoes and cut in half. In a small bowl, combine ranch mix, pepper, salt, rosemary, and olive oil. Toss with potatoes. Place potatoes on a parchment lined pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until browned.
