Pepper Steak
Ingredients
- lb. beef flank steak
- 2 Tbs. black pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 Tbs. fresh parsley, finely minced
Directions
Mix together pepper, salt, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Press mixture into the sides of the steak, then grill to your desired doneness. Slice thinly and serve.
