  • 3lb pork belly
  • 1 teaspoon allspice
  • 1½ tablespoons honey
  • salt
  • cracked black pepper
  • 3 bay leaves, crushed

Season the meat with salt, pepper, allspice and bay leaves. Add more salt and pepper to the bottom of the crockpot. Place the pork into the crockpot, fatty side down. Brush the honey onto the pork, cover and cook on low for 10-12 hours, returning to turn and baste the pork every 2-3 hours. Remove from crockpot and serve.
