  • 4 oz. white chocolate
  • 3 8 oz. containers or blocks cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. peppermint extract
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups peppermint bark chunks

Preheat oven to 325 degree F. In a microwavable bowl, melt the white chocolate. In a large bowl with a mixer, beat the cream cheese, adding the sugar, melted chocolate, flour, heavy cream and peppermint. Mix together well. Add one egg at a time. Transfer mixture into a pan and bake.
