Peppermint & Cream Caffè

- 1 sm. candy cane
- 1 oz. peppermint schnapps
- 5 oz. Melitta Café Collection Classique Supreme coffee
- 2 Tbs. whipping cream
Place the candy cane in a self-sealing plastic bag. Remove the air from the bag and seal. Using a heavy rolling pin, crush the candy cane into fine pieces. Lightly moisten the rim of an 8-ounce mug with water. Dip the rim into the crushed candy pieces. Pour the peppermint schnapps into the mug, avoiding the rim of the mug. Brew a 5-ounce cup of Melitta Café Collection Classique Supreme coffee. Use the Melitta® frother to whip the cream. Spoon the whipped cream on top of the hot coffee. Sprinkle any remaining candy pieces on top of the cream.
