Ingredients

  • 1 red onion thinly sliced
  • Pre-cut pepperoni pieces
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil (cut in half)
  • 1 tomato thinly sliced
  • ½ cup of olives
  • 1 frozen puff pastry sheet (thawed)
  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese

Directions

Heat oven to 400°F. Unfold the pastry sheet on a surface that is flowered and then form into a square/rectangle. Prick the pastry sheet with a fork thoroughly and then layer the oil over top. Bake for 15 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over pizza, then layer the pepperoni, onions, olives, and tomatoes over top. Put back in the oven and bake until cheese is melted.
