Pepperoni Rolls

These are much better than the store bought kind. They smell so good while cooking that no one can wait for them to come out of the oven. Great in lunch boxes for school or the office. But watch out, they may come home with orders for these.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice dough into 1/2 inch slices and place pepperoni and cheese in center of each slice. Roll dough around pepperoni and cheese and make sure they are sealed. Place on cookie sheets 2 inches apart and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. (While they are baking, just as they begin to brown, brush melted butter over tops and sprinkle with grated cheese.)

May be eaten hot or at room temperature.

  • You could probly use turkey pepperoni in these and have a healthier version of these. When I make these again for the boys I will try it this way and let you know how they turned out and how the children liked them. If anyone makes these this way before I do please leave a comment for me and let me know how they were. Thank You! and God Bless!
