Pepperoni Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 frozen pkg. bread dough, thawed (or homemade)
- pepperoni (sliced or cubed)
- cheese, any type (cubed or shredded)
- butter
- grated romano cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice dough into 1/2 inch slices and place pepperoni and cheese in center of each slice. Roll dough around pepperoni and cheese and make sure they are sealed. Place on cookie sheets 2 inches apart and bake in oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown. (While they are baking, just as they begin to brown, brush melted butter over tops and sprinkle with grated cheese.)
May be eaten hot or at room temperature.
