  • 1 small sugar pumpkin, peeled, sliced into wedges
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 3-4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 400F.
Place pumpkin wedges on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl mix together the roughly chopped garlic, olive oil and the spices. Then mix. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour the mixture over the pumpkin wedges and rub well with your hands to make sure that all the wedges are completely coated. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the wedges are as tender. Let cool and serve.
