Perfect Eggnog

Eggnog is a holiday tradition. This is so creamy and delicious. It is a real winner in taste and how easy it is to make. You'll have to make a lot because this disappears quickly!

Ingredients

  • 1 7-oz. jar marshmallow creme
  • 1 C. milk (or softened ice cream)
  • 6 eggs - one at a time, and beating well after each addition.
  • 1/4 C. rum (or 1 tsp. rum extract)
  • 1 8-oz. container Cool Whip
  • nutmeg (optional)

Directions

Blend the marshmallow creme and ice cream or milk together. Beat in eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in rum then fold in the Cool Whip. Before serving, sprinkle with nutmeg.
