Perfect Medium-Rare Steak With Grilled Vegetables

- 3 lb Boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 2 inch thick
- 1 each Zucchini, medium, chopped
- 2 each Medium onions, cut into wedges
- 2 red peppers, cut
- 1 eggplant, chopped
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Place the sliced vegetables in a grill pan and place the pan on the grill. Cook until tender, about 8 minutes on both sides. Add spices, salt and pepper to taste. Meanwhile, season the meat generously with salt and pepper to taste. Add the steaks to the grill and cook for ten minutes, then flip them over. Cook for an additional 10 minutes, or until cooked through and then remove.
