  • 3 lg. sweet potatoes, washed and peeled
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches of dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 pinches black pepper

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease a non-stick baking dish with margarine or olive oil. 

Cut the peeled and washed sweet potatoes into medium-sized pieces and place them into the greased baking dish. Toss to coat using your hands. Sprinkle with oregano, salt, and pepper. 

Bake for around 60 minutes, or until they have browned and softened. For an even crispier sweet potato, bake for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.
