  • 4 center cut, bone-in pork loin chops, fat trimmed
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 6 Tbs. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbs. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 C. sweetened dried cranberries
  • 2 medium apples, peeled and chopped

Grease a crockpot and sprinkle the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place the pork in the crockpot. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, red pepper, and cranberries. Pour this mixture over the pork in the crockpot. Top with the chopped apples
Cover and cook on low heat for 4 to 4 1/2 hours.
