  • 3 lbs chicken breasts
  • ¾ C. tomato paste
  • 1 C. BBQ sauce
  • 1 T. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 T. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 T. soy sauce
  • 1 T. brown sugar
  • ½ C. chopped onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp. pepper flakes

Place the chicken into a lightly greased crockpot. Mix the rest of the ingredients into a small bowl, then pour the sauce over the chicken. Cook on low for 8 hours, the place the chicken in a separate dish to pull apart using a fork. Place the chicken back into the sauce and serve.
