  • 1 C. pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 T. vegetable oil
  • 2 T. distilled white vinegar
  • 2 C. flour
  • ¼ C. brown sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • Dash salt
