Perfectly Peachy Easy Marmalade

- 5 lb. pitted and sliced peaches
- 4 C. sugar
- 2 T. lemon juice
Combine all the ingredients in a large pot, and allow to sit for 30 minutes. Put the pot over medium-high heat on the stove top and bring to a boil. Cook until the liquid has reduced and is syrupy, stirring constantly and skimming any foam off the top. Ladle the mixture into hot canning jars, top with the lids and can in a water bath for 10 minutes. Cool and store in the pantry, refrigerating after opening.
