  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 C. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 T. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Tenderize each chicken breast half to 1/4-inch thickness and transfer to a glass dish. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, vinegar, and all dry seasonings. Pour mixture on top of chicken and toss to coat. Refrigerate for 15 minutes up to one hour. Preheat your grill to a medium heat setting. Remove chicken from dish and discard marinade. Grill chicken for about five minutes on each side. Transfer to plates and let stand for five minutes before serving.
