Persimmon Bread
Ingredients
- 1 C. sugar
- 1 1/2 stick butter
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 2 C. flour, sifted with 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 C. persimmon pulp
- 1/2 C. chopped nuts
Directions
Cream sugar, butter, eggs, flour and baking soda. Blend in persimmon pulp and nuts. Bake in loaf pan 1 hour at 325 degrees.
