Persimmon Pie
Ingredients
- 1 C. persimmon pulp
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2-2 C. milk
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 2 Tbs. butter

Combine all and pour into an unbaked crust. Bake in moderate oven until firm.
