  • 4 whole wheat pita bread
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 1 yellow pepper, diced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1 C. parmesan cheese
  • pizza sauce

Warm the pita bread in a toaster oven and prepare the vegetables. Top each pita with 1 to 2 Tbs. sauce, and a handful of veggies. Top with 1/4 C. cheese each. Heat the pizzas in a toaster oven, or regular oven under a broiler at 350 degrees, until the cheese melts.
