These easy tuna and sweet corn quiches are great for any meal. If you aren't a fan of tuna, substitute ground beef or pork. Season with onions and garlic for an even better dish!

  • 13 oz. ready-made shortcrust pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 C. milk
  • 1 (3 oz.) can tuna
  • 4 tsp. sweet corn
  • Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease the tart tins. Unroll the pastry crust and roll out until it is very thin. Cut the pastry into circles and press them into the tart tin holes. In a bowl, combine the corn and tuna. Whisk the eggs and milk in another bowl. Put the tuna mixture into the pastries and cover with egg mixture. Top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown.
