- 2 bunches of basil leaves (washed and stalks removed)
- 100 grams of roasted pine-nuts (about 5 minutes on a flat tray in the oven at about 170 C)
- 4 cloves of crushed garlic
- 100 grams of shredded parmesan
- 50 mls. of olive oil
- a little cracked black pepper
Process all ingredients and while the motor is running incorporate the olive oil.
