Pesto Chicken Pasta
Serving Size / Yield
- 1 box Cavatappi Pasta, or any shape you have on hand
- 2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Salt & Pepper
- 1 Tub Pesto Sauce
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
Follow the package directions to cook pasta.
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Add them to a non-stick pan and cook on medium heat.
Once chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, remove to a cuting board and cut into pieces.
Blend together pasta, chicken, pesto and parmesan cheese.
