This is not your typical corn on the cob! It's topped with pesto adding a unique twist. Top it with Parmesan cheese to add even more amazing flavor.

  • 4 ears corn, shucked
  • 6 tbs. pesto sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes

Warm grill over medium-high heat. Place corn in a shallow microwave safe dish. Pour 1/4 C. water over corn. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes or until corn is soft.

Add corn to grill and cook for an additional 4 minutes, turning throughout cook time. Remove corn from grill and transfer to a serving plate. Season corn with salt, ground pepper and crushed red pepper flakes. Top with pesto and serve.
