  • 3 Tbs. butter
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 lbs. lg. shrimp, shelled and deveined
  • 1/2 C. dry white wine
  • 3/4 C. cream
  • 1/4 C. pesto

In a large frying pan, melt the butter of medium heat. Add onions and cook 2-3 minutes, or until it has become softened. Add shrimp. Toss to coat with butter. Raise heat to medium-high. Add iwne and cook, while stirring, until the shrimp starts to turn pinl (about 2 minutes). Stir in cream and pesto. Cook 4-5 minutes, or until cream and pesto are thick and bubbly, and shriomp are pink and opaque.
