6 mini patties


  • 1 ½ lb. ground beef, 80% lean
  • 1 Tbs. soy sauce
  • ½ C. mayonnaise
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. spice
  • 1 head of romaine lettuce
  • 1 red tomato
  • 6 American cheese slices
  • Oil
  • ½ lb. bacon
  • 6 sesame seed mini hamburger buns

In a food processor, grind together ground beef, soy sauce, egg, salt and spices. Pat meat into 6 mini patties. On a medium-high heat, drizzle some olive oil into a frying pan. Place patties on and cook until one side is brown, about 3-5 minutes. Flip over and cook other side until desired taste. On a separate pan, cook the bacon until crisp, about 5-8 minutes. When serving, place the six buns with lettuce, the patty, cheese, tomato and bacon between it on a small platter or plate and serve.
