Serving Size / Yield
- 5 large dill pickles
- 1 can of pizza sauce
- 1 package mozzarella cheese
- Optional – add any additional pizza toppings of your choosing.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Cut pickles in half and lay on a baking sheet. Coat the top of each pickle with pizza sauce and cheese. Place in oven and cook for 20 minutes or until pickle is tender and cheese is golden brown. Remove and let cook for a minute or two. Remove from tray and serve.
