Pickles and Peanuts
- 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 C. salted peanuts, chopped fine
- 1/2 C. chopped sweet gherkins
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 tsp. minced parsley
Place into serving containers and leave in fridge for 2 hours for flavors to blend. Serve with crackers.
