Picnic Potato Salad

Ingredients
- 6 med. potatoes
- 1 C. Miracle Whip
- 1 med. onion
- 1/4 C. sweet pickle
- 1 C. celery
- 1-2 Tbs. mustard
- celery seed, paprika, salt, pepper (to taste)
- parsley flakes
Directions
Cut potatoes in cubes then boil for 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool. Combine Miracle Whip, mustard and seasonings. Fold in celery, pickle and onion. Mix with cooled potatoes. Add parsley flakes. Chil for 4-6 hours.
