Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 can mandarin oranges
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 stick butter (melted)
- Topping:
- one 16 oz. tub cool whip
- one 20 oz can crushed pineapple (drained well)
- 1 small package instant vanilla pudding
Directions
Grease and flour 2- 8" round cake pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. By hand, mix together cake ingredients until moistened. Pour into greased and floured cake pans, and evenly distribute batter in each pan.
Mix topping ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Place 1 cake onto a platter or cake dish, top with 1/3 of the topping, place second cake onto first cake, then frost the whole cake. Put in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
