Pineapple and Maraschino Sherbet
Ingredients
- 1/2 C. shredded pineapple
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1 C. pineapple juice
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- 2 C. milk
- 1/2 Tbs. gelatin
Directions
Soak gelatin in cold water. Make a syrup of sugar and water. Add gelatin, pineapple, milk and fruit juice. Freeze.
