Pineapple Beets

Ingredients
- 2 Tbs. cornstarch
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/4 C. vinegar
- 1 C. pineapple juice from crushed pineapple
- 1 can beets, drained
- 1 Tbs. margarine
- 1/2 C. pineapple, crushed

Directions
Make paste with 1/2 C. pineapple juice and cornstarch. Add sugar, vinegar and rest of juice. Cook the mixture until it thickens, in double boiler. Add crushed pineapple and beets.
