Pineapple Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 1 C. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple (in juice), drained
- 6 slices white bread, cubed
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions
Drain pineapple and reserve 1/2 C. of the juice. Beat sugar and butter; beat in the 4 eggs, then the pineapple, 1/2 C. juice and the bread cubes. Pour into greased casserole dish (I use a square one) Top with cinnamon. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
