- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 can sweetend condensed milk
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until it is creamy. A0dd eggs and mix very well. Next, add condesened milk, vanilla and 3/4 of the pineapple. Blend together. Pour into the pie shell and bake 20-25 minutes. Center will be a little softer than the edges.Mix remaining pineapple with the coolwhip. Spread on top of cake when cooled.
