A very creamy cheeseacke. The pineapple gives this cheesecake a very good taste. My husband and I tried 5 times to get this right. I have had to make this cheesecake quite often for my husband to take to work.

  • 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
  • 2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetend condensed milk
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 8 oz. tub Cool Whip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl beat cream cheese until it is creamy. A0dd eggs and mix very well. Next, add condesened milk, vanilla and 3/4 of the pineapple. Blend together. Pour into the pie shell and bake 20-25 minutes. Center will be a little softer than the edges.Mix remaining pineapple with the coolwhip. Spread on top of cake when cooled.
