Pineapple Cole Slaw

This is very simple to make! The pineapple makes the slaw sweet and the cider vinegar adds a wonderful tang!! great with BBQ Chicken.

  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 3 Tbs. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 8 oz. can pineapple chunks, cut in half
  • 1 bag slaw mix

Combine all ingredients and chill for 2-4 hours.

  • I do somethng similar. I just use a small cabbage and slice it, not chop and for the dressing I use a little frozen pineapple orange juice concentrate , just a few spoons in a little more mayonaise and thin it a tadge with cold water. It goes great with my simple grilled, Terriyaki Chicken or Pork. And my marinade for that is also, very inexpensive and EASY.
