Pineapple Cottage Cheese Jello Salad

Lime gelatin, cottage cheese, nuts, and pineapple make for a yummy salad.

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lime gelatin
  • 1 C. boiling water
  • 1 C. evaporated milk
  • 1 C. cottage cheese
  • 1 sm. can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 C. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. chopped celery
  • 1/4 C. chopped nuts

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in hot water and add other ingredients. Pour into mold and chill.
