Pineapple Icing
Ingredients
- 2 C. sugar
- 2/3 C. cream
- 2/3 C. grated pineapple
- pineapple juice
Directions
Boil sugar and cream together for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and beat until smooth and thick. To one-half of icing, add 2/3 C. grated pineapple and spread between layers of cake. To the remainder of icing, add enough pineapple juice to make it spread smoothly.
