While sangria is always the fruity beverage of choice get selective and include only pineapple and lemon for a more enriched and focused flavor. This drink is perfect for outdoor parties. If you're not a wine fan don't say no quite yet, sangria has a different flavor than a traditional wine.

Cut fruit into small slices. Smaller pieces will absorb the punch better. Fill the punch bowl or pitcher with the fruit and wine. Add the lime juice, sugar, and brandy to the rest of the ingredients. Do not add the club soda until you are ready to serve the drink. The carbonation needs to stay fresh to make it a bubbly beverage.

Place the pitcher in the refrigerator until ready to serve. If you need to serve it immediately, fill the pitcher with ice. When ready to serve, don't forget to add the carbonated soda. Garnish your guest glasses with a slice of pineapple.
