With crushed pineapple, fat free cool whip and pistachio pudding mix, this dessert is sure to please

Ingredients

  • 1 20 oz. crushed pineapple (in its own juice-un-drained
  • 1 C. Cool Whip Free
  • 1 sm. pkg. sugar free Pistachio Pudding mix

Directions

Empty pineapple and juice into a mixing bowl. Mix dry pudding mix into pineapple. Fold Cool Whip Free into pineapple/pudding mixture. Dish mixture into 4 fruit bowls and refrigerate until well chilled.
