Pineapple Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Pint of Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 pkg. of Instant Vanilla Pudding
- 3 small cans of Crushed Pineapple drained (drain the pineapple into a measuring C. and set aside)
- Enough cold water added to the pineapple juice to make 1-1/2 C.
- 1 box vanilla wafers
Directions
Mix condensed milk, instant pudding and liquid until mixed well.
Refrigerate. Whip whipping cream until stiff. Take pudding mixture out of refrigerator and fold whipping cream into it. In a large bowl, put a layer of vanilla wafers, pudding mixture, and a can of the pineapple. You should have enough pudding mixture for 3 layers, ending with a layer of pineapple on top. Put in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours before serving. You can use this same recipe for Banana pudding but substitute the vanilla pudding for Banana pudding and the pineapple for sliced bananas (8 bananas) and end with pudding on top.
