  • 1 C. ripe pineapple, chopped
  • 1/2 small red onion, minced
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 orange habanero chile pepper, stemmed and chopped
  • Kosher salt to taste

Combine all ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl
Toss them together until all ingredients distribute evenly in the bowl
Place the mixture in a cool place to allow the flavors of the salsa to meld for at least 30 minutes
