Pineapple Shrimp and Scallops
Ingredients
- 1 C. frozen cooked tail-off shrimp, thawed
- 1 C. frozen scallops, thawed
- 1/2 C. pineapple salsa
- 1 Tbs. fresh cilantro
- 1 Tbs. olive oil
Directions
Saute scallops in olive oil for 3 to 4 minutes or until opaque, adding shrimp near the end. Add salsa and saute for another minute. Garnish with cilantro and serve.
