Pink Perfection (Cherry Dessert)

This is a great dessert for cherry lovers!

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can cherry pie filling
  • 1 can crushed pineapples, drained
  • 1 C. pecans, chopped
  • 16 oz. Cool Whip, room temperature

Mx the milk, pineapples, and pecans together in a big bowl. Add the Cool Whip and mix well. Next, add cherry pie filling and mix well and be sure the mixture is turning pink.  Let sit/cool for 1 hour. The mixture will harden.

  • I plan on making this recipe but however it does not tell you what size of pineapple that you use for it.Has anyone else made this that they could let me know? Thanks, Also I think that it would be good using can of strawberry filling to!!

  • I have been making this dessert for almost 20 years. My version omits the nuts and in it's place I add 2 cups of mini marshmallows. My mother in law who gave me this recipe sometimes omits the pineapple and adds shredded coconut.
