Pinwheel Pecan Rolls
Ingredients
- 1 24-ct. pkg. frozen dinner rolls (i.e. Rhodes)
- 1 9x13-inch cake pan, well-greased
- 3/4 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. butter or margarine
- 1 4-oz. box butterscotch pudding (not instant)
- 1 1/2 C. chopped pecans
Directions
Place frozen rolls in cake pan. Mix together brown sugar, butter, and pudding mix. Sprinkle mix over the rolls. Cover with the pecans. Put pan into cold oven overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. DO NOT REMOVE PAN WHEN PREHEATING OVEN. After oven is preheated, bake rolls an additional 20 minutes. Serve warm.
