  • 2 (10 oz.) bags frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 C. heavy whipping cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 T. sugar
  • ½ stick butter
  • 1 C. milk
  • 3 T. flour
  • 1/3 C. Parmesan cheese

In a saucepan, combine corn, heavy cream, salt, pepper, sugar, and butter over medium heat. In a separate bowl, combine flour and milk. Once butter has completely melted, add flour mixture to saucepan and mix well. When corn is cooked through and all ingredients are evenly heated, stir in Parmesan to let melt slightly. Remove from heat and serve.
