Piquant Peach Melba
Ingredients
- 2 half pt. containers of raspberries (or 1 pt. total)
- 1 Tbs. sugar
- 3/4 tsp. Tabasco green pepper sauce
- 4 peaches, peeled, pitted and sliced
- 3 Tbs.. fresh-squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp. grated orange peel
- 1 C. blackberries or blueberries
Directions
Press 1/2 pint raspberries through a fine sieve to remove seeds, to make a puree. Combine raspberry puree, sugar and 1/4 tsp. green pepper sauce in large bowl; toss to mix well. Toss peach mixture with pureed raspberry mixture. Stir in remaining raspberries and blackberries.
Makes 6 servings.
