Pistachio Coconut Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 large white cake mix (2 layer size)
- 1 package (3 1/2 oz.) pistachio flavor instant pudding and pie filling
- 1/2 C. oil
- 3 Tbs. water
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 C. chopped pistachios
- 1/2 C. flaked coconut
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; blend well. Drop from tsp. onto greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes, or till lightly browned around edges
