  • 12 oz. of dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
  • 1 cup of pistachios
  • A pinch of salt
  • 14 oz. of condensed milk.

Line 9x9 or 11x7 pan with foil or parchment paper. Place chocolate, butter, a pinch of salt and milk into a pot and stir on low heat until melted. Put pistachios into a bag and mash them up until broken into small pieces. Add nuts to mixture. Pour mixture into pan and smooth over until whole pan is even. Then, refrigerate fudge until set. Cut into pieces and serve!
